Formed in 2008 by Marty and Christa Smith, Project World exists to provide an avenue to facilitate mission teams from the US to serve the people of Honduras by meeting their spiritual and physical needs.
Our ministry is rooted in 2 Corinthians 5:18-20:
All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation. Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.

Marty attended his first mission trip to Honduras in 2002. On this trip is where he met Soyla Radcliff and Tim Solterman with His Harvest Ministries. Marty was deeply impacted by the poverty he saw, and was drawn to return and get involved in helping the people of Honduras. A year after Marty’s first trip, Christa, along with their two girls, Hannah and Sarah, joined him on a mission trip to Honduras. The work in Honduras is truly a family affair.
Jorge and Yesi joined Soyla Radcliff in her mission work in Honduras over 15 years ago and have been faithfully serving the people of Honduras ever since. Jorge and Yesi currently live El Tizate with their two sons and daughter-in-law, Franklin, his wife, Kayla and Rusbell. As a family, they are local missionaries serving in the community and surrounding areas of El Tizate.
Soyla Radcliff has been serving the people of Honduras for over 20 years. Her first experience in Honduras was when she joined Tim Solterman with His Harvest Ministries to travel to Honduras after Hurricane Mitch to provide food, clothing, and share the love of Christ. To know Soyla is to know her heart resides in Honduras, and her desire is to serve others. Soyla has a home in San Antonio, Texas.
